In the proposed study were assessed employees of three separate facilities that worked with sources of low level ionizing radiation. Energy and nutritional value of the preventive diet № 1 did not only cover the breakfast energy and nutrition requirements, but the energy and nutrition requirements for lunch as well. The preventive diet № 1 provided to the employees working with sources of ionizing radiation, contained 2433,8±65,9 kcal/day that caused employees an excessive consumption of total fat and saturated fatty acids. It was proven, that Diet Nr. 1 lacks certain macro-, microelements and vitamins. Current preventive nutrition requirements for employees occupationally exposed to ionizing radiation, call to lower the meals energy value, via limiting the amount of consumed animal fats and simple carbohydrates, and to increase the consumption of fish (sea food), varied vegetables and fruits rich with vitamins, fiber, and other biologically active nutrients.

Purpose of investigation. The purpose of investigation is to develop scientifically grounded suggestions for improving medical and social assessment and rehabilitation taking into account the provisions of the International Classification of Functioning, Disability and Health based on the medical -social and clinical and functional examination of the disabled people with the obliterating atherosclerosis of the lower extremities.

Materials and methods. The present investigation is a comprehensive statistical, social hygienic, clinical-expert and expert-rehabilitative investigation which consists of several stages. The first stage of the investigation is statistical. At this stage the research is focused on the dynamics of the primary and repeated disability due to the disease of the lower extremities in the Samara region. That is a full investigation. The observation unit is a disabled person due to disease of the lower extremities. The object of the research is the primary and repeated disability due to the disease of the lower extremities. The research base is the Samara region with the indicators of disability. The observation period is from 2008 to 2012. The research is carried out using the documentary and statistical methods. The second phase of the investigation is the social hygienic research. The third phase of the investigation is the clinical expert and expert rehabilitative research. The investigation is carried out using such methods as the social hygienic, analytical, data extracting, analytical and graphical and the statistical methods.

Conclusions. The lower extremity vascular disease is an important medical, biological, social and economic problem. Application of modern instrumental methods greatly expanded the doctor’s capabilities to diagnose and identify the vascular abnormalities at an early stage of the disease when the clinical symptoms are slightly expressed. The effective use of the health (after-care therapy, reconstructive surgery, prosthetics and other therapeutic appliance), professional (rational employment, vocational guidance, professional education and vocational adaptation) and social (restoration or compensation for the impaired or lost social skills and abilities and adaptation of the disabled people to the requirements of the recommended domestic activities taking into account the specific microsocial conditions) rehabilitation contribute to the restoration of health, adapting of disabled people to the existing living conditions and help them to achieve the financial and social independence.

Annotation:

The article covers the problem of supraventricular and ventricular arrhythmias in patients with left ventricular hypertrophy (LVH). Prognostic contribution of LVH different types in relation to the overall and cardiovascular mortality in essential hypertensive population is presented. Arthythmogenic predictors of poor outcome in patients with LVH are described. The modern ideas about mechanisms of supraventricular and ventricular ectopies in LVH are performed. In the context of the article topic there are considered questions of the interrelations of cardiac left chambers in essential hypertension.

Aim: analysis of the researches for the period, identify problems, ways of their solution. Material and methods: quarterly reports, the annual electronic report.

Results. In 2009–2013, the results of research in the field of metrology, standardization and certification are: development and approval of 7 normative documents; certification of 21 of the methods of measurement and certification of the quality management system Federal medical biophysical center of Burnasyan Federal medical biological agency Russia (in particular laboratory № 39) on conformity to standards of series ISO 9001.

Conclusions: the quality management system, built according to the standards of series 9001 quickly discovers a discrepancy and irregularities in the conduct of scientific research. Further goal is the certification of quality management systems accredited units of the Federal medical biophysical center of Burnasyan Federal medical biological agency Russia.

Purpose. Laboratory testing of liposomal polymer-phospholipid form of highly purified butyrylcholinesterase as a tool in prevention of acute intoxication by organophosphorus compounds in experimental animals.

Material and methods. Samples of brain tissue and internal organs of outbred white rats (male) have been used as the material for studying. Each experimental group consisted of 10 animals body weight 150–180 g. Polymer-phospholipid liposomes containing highly purified have been injected at the dose equal to LD50 for the prevention of chlorofos acute intoxication. With using of histochemical methods the content of acetylcholinesterase, butyrylcholinesterase and nonspecific esterases has been determined in different parts of the brain, myocardium and liver at maximum of acute poisoning clinical manifestation: in 20–30 minutes, 24 hours, 3,7 and 10 days after chlorofos injection.

Results. Using the polymer-phospholipid liposomes containing highly purified butyrylcholinesterase in the dose of 25U/kg body weight as the prevention agent in case of chlorofos acute intoxication in the dose equal to LD50 provides 100% survival of exposed animals. The prevention agent provided the partial protection of esterases of brain and internal organs from inhibition on early stage of experiment and quicker recovery of their activity at a later date.

Conclusions. Using the polymer-phospholipid liposomal form of highly purified butyrylcholinesterase in the dose of 25U/kg body weight provides 100% survival of laboratory animals exposed by chlorofos in the dose equal to LD50. Injection of highly purified butyrylcholinesterase provided protection from esterase inhibition and earlier recovery of brain activity and internal organs.
